Airbnb Arbitrage: how do you pick your city to look up on airDNA?

Hey guys I am interested in Airbnb arbitrage and want to know how you pick the City you want to host in. I live in Illinois and know air DNA will give you tons of data after paying for it, but how do you know what City to choose? Or is it a guess and check type of thing. Let me know what you guys think!
