Just Starting My Investing Journey

Hello Everyone,

My name is Shane. I’m 28 years old and live in Laurinburg, NC. I am starting my investing journey looking for fixer uppers in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas. Me and my partners have already started looking for wholesale / off market deals to buy cash. If anyone has any advice as far as where to find deals or the best way to estimate rehab costs quickly it would be very appreciated. I look forward to connecting with everybody on this platform and contributing all I can to help others along my journey.
