Seller will Pay Off Solar at Closing or......???
I've found a deal on the MLS that states that the seller will pay of the Solar Lease at closing, (~$30K). If flipping a property, would it be better to ask for a $30K price reduction or just have them pay off the solar?

@Clay Sellers I would get it paid off. Otherwise the lien will carry over, and could make it difficult for your buyer after the flip to finance without you paying off the lien.
