Hello everyone, last post I made was just about a year ago. In that post I talked about what was going on in life at the time and my interest in real estate. Since then I am now working full time and have moved out. I am putting away as much money as I can along with picking up side jobs when and where I can. I have created a well thought out budget for my expenses along with how to save as much as possible with my current income. My interest in real estate is still high, but at the age of 17 I am not sure what I can do much with that other than learn as much as I possibly can. The job I currently have isn't terrible but it is a little far from my house, very energy consuming, and takes up a lot of time during the week leaving me drained and having a hard time staying motivated. Although I have learned a lot from my job over the past almost year I have been working there. I am starting to looking into other opportunity's that can lead me into more of the field I am interested in. I have thought about maybe sales if that's an opportunity a 17 year old is able to do and could give good learning experience but other then that I am feeling stuck. If anyone has any advice for me, opportunity's, or what you wish you would have done at my age it would be much appreciated.
