Hello,

I am an aspiring investor in the area of Tallahassee Florida. I have been looking into different kinds of properties and investment strategies.

Ideally, a house hack first with FHA 3% down in a small multi-family and then move into smaller properties using the same strategy. I also like the idea of investing in condos.

What investment strategies or property types have you guys used?
