start out on my own or start networking?

So obviously I'm new to this... I have access to some equity but not a whole lot. I own a home and have a W2, my credit is 700+ my DTI is pretty good if I sell one of my vehicles I can have it down to just a mortgage of $1000 with a 30/h w2 wage. I feel like I'm in a pretty good situation to get into this. The only experience I have is buying my house which stressed me out pretty bad lol. My question is do you think my time is better spent networking as a noob or getting my hands dirty on my own? I will be honest, I don't feel worth a damn in this industry yet, I'm a very humble person and I can't fake it. the one thing I'm confident in is that I have a lot of potential. I have the work ethic too... If 100 hours a week will buy my family financial freedom in the future sign me up. Does that make me worth a damn to any of you? I mean on my own maybe I could get a 4 family, but could networking with folks help me go bigger right off the bat? I'll be honest I'm kind of hoping someone will find a way to extract value out of my drive and relative intelligence and at the same time help me get experience. But the part of me that is hard on myself says "get some experience on your own because currently you're worthless and nobody wants to waste their precious time helping you for free and good luck not getting scammed paying for guidance.".
