Trying to get started too
Hey guys, I got my real estate license a while ago. I have one SFR that I have already rented to someone, and would like to move on to a duplex or 4plex as the 2nd property.
Here's my question: Assuming I qualify for an FHA loan and 3% down, is there a way to apply my 3% as a real estate agent on it?
In other words if house is $300k , down payment would be $9k, but then my commission would be $9k too.
Please advise
