Buying rental property
So I read the BP article; "Where the Largest 100 Markets Are Heading", and was curious on your thoughts. Do you think it is better to purchase and rent a house in a market where prices have fallen dramatically because people are leaving, or purchase and rent a house in a market where prices continue to climb because everyone is moving there?

You should definitely avoid investing in declining markets in my view unless you have a really really compelling reason
