Closing on my first rental property!

Hello,

I am a fresh first time investor and I am closing on my first rental next week. My question and advice is does anyone have a template letter introducing myself as the new landlord to the tenants explaining to them  (since I am inheriting tenants) the options and payment of rent. I plan to have them deposit directly into an account I have set up. Looking for a way to present this information in a professional letter form and not just chicken scratch on paper not exactly sure where to start if anyone has idea's or a letter template with this information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Your new Team Member Josh
