How do I purchase my first property?

Hello,

I'm highly motivated to start my real estate career (side hustle at the moment). I'm highly interested in Multifamily syndication as well as Flipping SFH. I bought a a very expensive Multifamily investment package and didn't get the value for the money. Anyway, I'm desperately trying to figure out how to find properties, raise capital, and close on deals. Please advise. Thank you
