Hello Everyone,

I am looking to invest in my first small multifamily real estate property within the next 6 to 12 months and would like to get your thoughts on the best practical resource you would recommend to a new RE investor. Anything related to identifying potential deals, acquiring general RE investing knowledge (I.e. books, articles, blogs, etc.), or analyzing different markets would be greatly appreciated.
