I'm one of those people who want to get into real estate investing but I'm broke no credit, and not working right now. Any free seminars on-line. I welcome all advice.

FORGET REI! If you're broke; have no credit; and are not working; you will not succeed with REI! Get a job or two; build your credit; and build up a little money, THEN start thinking about REI. REI is NOT like it looks on the infomercials.
