 Most people start with education. I think the best place to start is to develop a sense of focus on a specific strategy you would like to learn and implement. There are many different ways that you can make money through real estate but if you aren't focused on a specific strategy starting out you will succumb to the shiny object syndrome which will have you bouncing from one thing to the next which usually results in not getting traction on any of the strategies.
