Short Sale Question???
Hi! I’m new here and new to investing on my own. I worked in real estate in another state when I was younger and had a mentor there. I learned a lot from him but I’m on my own now. We always bought foreclosures or off market. So, I researched foreclosures here in Alabama and most of them are through auction.com and done at the courthouse. I’m interested in one in particular for personal reasons. I really want to get my hands on it, is there a way to get it as a short sale when the foreclosure is set for September 15th?
