ISO Alternative Investment Firm and Texas Tax Atty

Wanting to roll a 403b into a self directed Roth so I can use the money toward investing in a property. Any advice on a reputable alternative investment firm to open the Roth with? I’m based in Seattle but location might not be important.

Also wanting to open a Series LLC in Texas and hoping for some tax attorney referrals.
