College offering RE license and/or Brokers license
Hello everyone!
My name is Mateo and I am currently a college student studying real estate. My school is offering, with my degree, a real estate license when I graduate this spring. However, I discovered that if I take one extra semester I will be able to take a broker's exam without doing the 2+ years of experience as a salesperson.
I just wanted to ask the community what they think/ what kind of leverage I would have as a new kid on the block. I am still trying to find what I want to do specifically in the world of real estate but I know I definitely want to do RE investments in the future.
Thank you!
