Looking to break into the Chicago area with flips or BRRRRs

Hi everybody,

I'm new here but not new to the game necessarily. I've done a few rehabs and renovations on a few houses over many years, but not in Chicago. I lived there during grad school and I'm looking to get back to the city and into condo flips from River North and below or around Uptown. Just looking for someone who might be into flips as well in that area, or rentals as that is another option I'm exploring as these rates go up and list prices decline, or just in the market as a connection. Lately I've been back and forth to the city and it's just more practical for me to get a place as a homebase when I'm in town vs hotels, but mostly looking for a deal that needs work under $200k and just meeting people on these forums. ThanksQ

Frank
