Questions about forming a LLC

Justin Jarrell
Posted

Good evening everyone, this may be a question that has been asked a number of times, but i have been unable to find a answer.

Who should i speak with as far as a professional to set up a LLC, i am from louisiana and plan to form the LLC in louisiana, as well as purchase my first deals in this state. i have been wanting to set up my LLC before i buy my first property that i plan to rent out, but have not found the proper information to guide me on who i should speak with to form one. i have seen the many websites to set one up online, but would feel much more comfortable having a professional set it up.

Thank you all for your time.

Save yourself the money. Go to Secretary of State website and you should be able to do it for about $125. If you can fill out a form, you can set up an LLC.
