FHA Loan on Small Multifamily

I would like to househack in a small multifamily home using an FHA Loan as my first investment property but can't due to already owning a primary residence. My dad however, is qualified for an FHA Loan. Can l use his FHA Loan on that multifamily? If so, will he have to live in that multifamily home for the year or can I live in it?

@Miguel Ortega, do you have the option to refinance your primary home into a conventional with your dad as a co-signer, therefore, allowing the use of an FHA-insured loan for the multifamily deal in your name? Yes, to my understanding your dad would have to live in the property, otherwise, he's committing mortgage fraud. Hope this helps!
