One of my relatives have past away! I have been making the payment for 2 years! I have been doing updates.  I plan to have renters in the house in the next month in a half. I took out a land contract on the property! It’s has expired now! However I tried staying with the same insurance they get confused and start sending me to when I tell them about this land contract!

You've also apparently gone to the Elaine Benes school of punctuation!😅
