Real Estate Side Hustles

Hello everyone!

I am a college student looking to invest in real estate as soon as possible. My goal is to have my first property by the end of Spring 2023. My biggest issue is my income. I am looking for ways to maximize my income while still gaining experience in the real estate industry. Any real estate side hustles that you would recommend? Also, I accept any tip or recommendation for my current situation.

Thanks everyone!

Hey Alejandro,

Maybe consider wholesaling. Not a ton of money to get started. And, there is a huge upside if you can get a few deals. Wholesaling could potentially pay out way more than any side gig hourly job. Another option is working for a real estate brokerage. There are so many other options. I would recommend you taking a sec to think about what you are good at and enjoy. Then determine what area of real estate could your skills apply to. Then go deeper and deeper. You will ultimately find something.

Good luck on your journey!
