Boot Camp and BPCON2022 Advice

Hi All,

I’d like to say I’m new to Bigger Pockets, but that wouldn’t be true. I’ve been listening to the podcast, going to webinars, and have been a Pro-member for a few years, but I only own my own property – no real investments. This is due to several factors: I live in a high-cost area of for properties (the numbers don’t seem to work), I can’t decide on a strategy, or how to get going, and good ‘ole analysis paralysis.

It's been way past time to “fish, or cut bait,” and I want to fish. I am interested in completing one (or more) of the Boot Camps, but would like some advice on which is most appropriate: Rookie Bootcamp, House Hacking Bootcamp, or Multifamily Investor Bootcamp?

I am a Rookie, but I have a decent knowledge base from Bigger Pockets, so I’m not sure if the Rookie Bootcamp is right. Ideally, I'd like to start investing by purchasing a 2–4-unit property and grow from there, so the House Hacking Bootcamp sounds good. However, I think my overall goal is to do Multifamily, so that might be the best Bootcamp. I know I’d get something from each but would like opinions on which to attend.

Also, I’d like to hear anyone’s thoughts on attending BPCON2022. Besides the obvious benefits of networking and getting fired-up from the great speakers, what are some of the benefits of attending?

Thanks for your input.

Respectfully,

Skip
