How do you know if the deal is a BRRRR, fix & flip, or wholesale?
Hi folks! I'm new here and I'm starting out as a real estate investor. I don't own any properties yet except my primary residence but I am looking to buy my first real estate investment. The question is how do you evaluate a real estate deal whether to BRRRR, fix and flip, or wholesale it? Thanks in advance!
