Introducing myself and first deal questions

My name is Luca Villani and I’m a 21 year old, living in New York City (Bronx) and I’m about to start my senior year in college. I would like to know what is everyone’s thoughts on what is earliest age I can really get started on owning properties is?? Also any advice from people in my area about my first deal??
