Jerry Norton’s 100% Funding Program

I’m really interested in this! From what I watched from Jerry’s video is that he provides his actually bank statement, not just his proof of funds letter to close a deal. Instead of using an assignment  contract you’d do a seperate closing with the buyer. This seems appealing to me because of all the legality and ethical issues that are being enforced with wholesaling and closing this way there would be no potential legal issues at all.

From what I understand also is that Jerry wouldn’t be the end buyer and I know in his 10k club he had extremely high standards with deals he would accept, leaving a lot of people in the program not make any deals

Only thing is I don't know if I'd still have to pay EMD, closing costs etc since an assignment contract will not be used.

it’s $1000 for the program but you get it back with your first deal and you’d also have to take some out of your wholesale fee to pay him

I don’t mind this because I am such a beginner and don’t know who else would do this for me and I want to avoid all legal trouble at any cost…

Has anyone done this program of his?
