New investor advice

Posted

Hi all,

I’m looking for some advice concerning my real estate journey. I’m 17 and real estate seems like an industry where my hustle and creativity can provide great returns. I’m currently going through the bigger pockets books and podcasts but was wondering if there is something else I should be doing to prepare myself? Also, if anyone has any real estate related work I can do (free of pay) in Houston Texas let me know.

Welcome.

You will need capital and knowledge. It sounds like you’re on the right track by spending the time investing in your education. Start saving that money so you are financially ready when the time comes to dive in and write a contract.

Best wishes on your journey. Happy investing
