Hello everyone!  I've been a BP listener for about 3 years and i'm excited to start connecting on here.  A little about me. I've been a licensed realtor in PA for 5-ish years.  I serve on the Mercer County Area Realtor Board of Directors. My territory spans from Pittsburgh to Meadville along the western side of PA (feel free to check out my zillow).

In addition, I'm a licensed/insured contractor.  Our team focuses on general remodeling, electrical/plumbing, decks, etc.  Basically anything except new construction builds, roofs, or carpet.

I grew up in a family that owned rentals, and my passion for real estate and construction has always been there. Over the past few years as a realtor i found myself offering to take on several client repairs for FHA or appraisal requirements that would arise. This evolved into the contractor license to protect myself and my clients.

My company was started with a 3 sided business model:  Repair Work - Fix & Flips - Rentals

It's time to really dig into the Fix and flips/ rental properties.  However, we are always looking for repair work... so don't hesitate to ask.

WELL, Hello again!  I look forward to whatever connections/opportunities come my way!
