Seller's Agent Won't Let Me View Rental Property
Hi,
I'm getting to ready to purchase my first rental
property, but the seller's agent will not let me physically view the
property because there is a tenant that is living there until the end of
this month : 08/2022.
Is this common? Does this mean I have to make an offer and do the physical inspection during the due diligence period?
Any insight would be very much appreciated!

Yes, very common. You make an offer, it gets accepted, then you schedule a viewing, inspections, and do your other due diligence.
