I just want to thank BiggerPockets and the community that follows! I began following about 2.5 years ago just listening to podcasts with a few books mixed in. 

After a year or so of looking at a property. There was a large price reduction and I pounced on it. With a bit of analysis paralysis. I went for it. Closed November of 2021, then another in May of 2022. My life became a little more interesting and I love IT! Still searching for more deals in year one.
