Healthcare professional looking to start

Hello everyone!! I am new to the BP family. I am currently residing in the expensive SF Bay Area and am looking to start real estate investment. I have seen couple members here who are/were in the healthcare field and got into REI. I am hoping that you care share your story with me.

Agents - I am also looking for investor friendly agents who can be my eyes and ears. My targeted price range is 200-300K without a lot of repairs, positive cash flow and appreciation. Goal is to start out with traditional rental income method on SFH before jumping into BRRRR/other assets/investing styles. Please reach out if you think your market has what I am looking for.

Thank you and I am looking forward to learning from you.
