Looking for investors to increase my buyers list

Hi everyone I've been having some decent success in the wholesaling segment and due to the increase I'm contracts I've had in recent weeks I'm looking at trying to increase my buyers list I have a decent amount but most are focused with certain areas mainly residential but I would love to connect with buyers that are interested in Austin and Dallas areas. I have had quit a few commercial properties under contract some vacant land also. And if anybody has any pointers on how to look for more buyers please let me know trying to learn as much as possible
