Buying my first investment property

Brandon Achaibar
Posted

I am starting out from scratch. No financial assistance. Nobody around me is even interested in real estate besides my girlfriend which we both study religiously (reading and podcasts) but I know that’s where both our passions are & in terms of a career where we should be and that we can build generational wealth.

We’re currently working on increasing our income to accelerate to the first property but it seems like it’s near impossible. I mean I feel like in the Toronto GTA you need 400k cash just to think about investing. Maybe I’m wrong

Any tips for young investors? Do we save until this market crashes is there any tips because I’m fully open ears.

We want to house hack our first property but the thing we’re struggling with is how can we get there?
