Hello! My husband and I are trying to purchase a small piece of land to put a tiny home onto. Anybody have financial tips on how to get started with this as an investment without having to get a huge personal loan?

For land, mostly you have to purchase with cash unless the builder is giving financing.

For construction, most of the traditional lenders are ready to fund full if you are planning to live inside.
