New comer advice and tips!

New to BP and getting started in REI but like some I'm a little anxious and unsure on where to start. I work away a lot but won't let that be a road block to making it happen.

I know I would like to go the multi family rout to start(2 to 4 plex). Located in Lafayette, La and would like to invest in the surrounding areas. Would love to connect with anyone from the area as well.

Any advice for someone starting out? Thanks!!
