Thank you for advice!
Hello everyone. I’m living in Naples, Florida. I’m very new in real estate investing. I’m originally from Serbia, moved in to USA 7 years ago. I built up my credit up to 780 , I have 6 years credit history and I’m currently renting / single . I’m looking to make my first move, I’ve been working saving .
First of all Florida is so expensive that I’m not looking to make a investment here. I would like to invest out of state and I noticed a lot people invest in Midwest.
Couple advices from you all:
1.How / where do you find mentors? I have difficulty finding someone to coach/ teach me, so I’m doing everything on my own and it’s very hard.
2. What are your top 5 books about real estate investing ?
3.What states should I look for investing? Where do you invest ?
4. What is the best way to come in contact with good realtor / somebody who’s been on market for while ? i would like to connect with somebody where it could be win-win combination for both of us.
