New to Wholesaling in Central NJ

Hi All,

I am just getting started and have some questions. Is it better to create a list of buyers and title companies to work with before having a property or should you have the property first then get the buyers and title company? I have been told conflicting ideas on this subject. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
