I'm a New Investor looking for a Cash Flowing Property!

Hey Guys, I'm currently looking for my first small multifamily rental property investment and to me the number one criteria is solid cashflow. What are markets that I can find these in? What advice do you have for me?

@Levi Backman

You can find cash flowing properties in any market however I recommend starting to invest in your own market. House hacking would be a great way to get started if that works for you.
