My name is Omar, I have been reading through the forums and watching videos, listening to audio books while at work. All to try and find the area I want to begin my journey. I have sort of landed in the realm of tax lien investing unintentionally and was wondering fi anybody has taken these on especially in North carolina. Another route I am thinking about is virtually I have an agent Family member in Florida and think we can both take this on together. Would love to hear advice for a newbie getting into this as well as tips for assigning contracts which I have yet to fully understand how they are written. Thanks in advance
