Getting an Investment mortgage

Paul Conboy
Posted

Me and my three partners have created an LLC and are almost ready to start buying properties. The last step that seems to be giving us a hard time is finding the right place to get a mortgage for investment properties. Any information that could lead us in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

@Paul Conboy would happy to help, feel free to reach out

Few notes on LLCs, make sure that you have

  • Articles of Incorporation.
  • Operating Agreement with Ownership Breakdown or Addendum
  • Purpose of the LLC is for the ownership and management of real estate

Some programs have limits to 4 members; All members are typically guarantors; LLC can be existing or newly formed as long as the requirements for the purpose of LLC are satisfied.
