Eviction Lawyers in WA state

Starting before Covid I had inherited tenants the previous owner was too scared to evict.  Then we went through Covid.  So before, during, and after until I transitioned out, these inherited tenants and vetted my own new tenants, it has cost us a boat load of money.  Is there an eviction or any kind of lawyer who can help owners, go after some of that money or is it entirely useless to try?  I am WA state.
