Buying a property but want to bring investors for the remodel
Hi all,
I want to buy a property with 20% down to my name but want to bring 3 private investors to finance the remodel, and then we would rent it out and split profits.
- Is this feasible?
- What are the tax implications?
- What si the best structure to allow for these investors to fund the remodel and then obtain their share of profits
