Looking to get our first long term rental.
2 of my friends and I are looking to buy our first rental property using 1 of their fha loans. We have been doing a bunch of research on towns in the US that have good turn around with section 8 and low purchase prices with the most amount of doors. We have come across Monroe, Louisiana and Charleston, WV to name a few. Looking for some type of advice or to see if anyone may have any multi familes 4+ units under 300k.
