Looking for mentor near Fairfield County, CT

I'm located in Fairfield County, CT looking to work under an experienced real estate investor. I'm a licensed realtor with William Raveis in residential. Have yet to do my first deal. Very interested in multifamily rentals, fix and flip, fix and hold, beginning to learn about commercial, would love to connect with someone who has strong connections in construction.
