New Investors looking for STR in the Nashville area

Hey everyone, 
Long time lurker, first time investor. Current Nashville resident
My business partner and I are looking for some STR opportunities in the Nashville area.  I understand local zoning restrictions have made that a little harder as of late but we are eager to get started soon. We are also open to longer term deals but are trying to have at least a small portion of our eventual portfolio be STR.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to networking with some of you.
