Out of the Rat Race! Now looking to pursue RE deals with partners

After 2 years of spending every spare moment outside of work learning and growing my knowledge and experience in real estate, I have now made the major step of making it my full time career. With two Airbnb house hacks and one full out-of-state rental under my belt, my next goal is to pursue a multi-family BRRRR.

I am based out of San Diego and looking to connect with other investors (local or otherwise) who are interested in partnering up on a BRRRR strategy in the Cincinnati or Cleveland, Ohio markets.
