Hoping to start investing
Hello! My guy and I are about to make the move together. Currently we don’t own any property, but have big goals to own rentals/air bnb.
We were thinking of going together for a loan to buy a home together, but now considering buying a place separate. He would buy a house and I would buy a house. One we would live in together the other use as an air bnb. Is this a good way to start? If not, what would you suggest? We are not married.
