Recommendations for CPA's, attorney's, etc in Omaha, NE

Hello!

I'm a new investor and I don't currently own any properties and looking to invest in the Omaha, NE area. I'm wondering if anyone here has referrals for any professionals they have worked with. Could range from agents, insurance brokers, CPA's or attorneys. I have narrowed down the list of who I think I may want to work with but it doesn't hurt to see who people have worked with in the past and if they would recommend them or not. Thanks!
