New Passive Income Investor In ETX

Hi! My name is Alex. While this is not my first property venture in ETX, this is the first dive into PASSIVE income earning property in ETX. My wife is a property/adoption/family law attorney and I recently left 6 years in public accounting to pursue our family business that spans all over Texas, so we don't have the time, necessarily, to focus on large/time consuming flips.
