Hello! My name is Bryan. I am a Civil Engineer and currently studying to become a Real Estate Agent. I am also a new real estate investor. I bought a house roughly 2 years ago and I am just completing my first “live-in-flip” and hoping to make about $100k. Any tips on what I should do with the large chunk of money? I would like to get a duplex or maybe do another live in flip. Also, any good tips on real estate companies to get involved with? I’d like to get involved with one focused on investing and flips. Let me know your thoughts
