Real Estate Listings from a year Ago?

I am looking in the Find Deals section and was looking around San Antonio but all the deals seem to be posted from 8-12 months ago?    This is my first time on Bigger Pockets but it seems odd that listings are still showing from that long ago and there is no way they are still available based on the market in that area.  

Am I reading that wrong?
